Project Details
The multi-phase reconstruction project consists of replacement of curbs, sidewalks, asphalt paving, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water main on Chestnut Street from Front Street to Tenth Street including a section of Raspberry Avenue and South River Street. A new traffic signal was designed at the intersection of Chestnut Street and S. Second Street. The project was developed for the reconstruction of the street while separating the storm and sanitary sewer system and addressing flooding concerns.
