Heritage Hills Retirement Community - Assisted Living Facilities

Currently, CES is in the process of designing a new addition to the Heritage Hills existing assisted living facility located in Greencastle, PA. CES is currently working on permit and construction drawings for a new three-story addition that will contain approximately 46,590 sf of additional assisted living space. The project also includes a new storage/office addition, a new 5,000 sf community building and twenty-six (26) two-bedroom apartment units. For the current project, CES is developing the land development, utilities and building plans for the project. In 2021, CES designed and permitted the first phase building addition to the original facility that included a three-story assisted living facility with offices that totaled 31,250 sf.
