CES worked with SummerBridge at Rockledge located in Mechanicsburg, PA in the design of twenty (20) 20,000 sf two-story apartment buildings that also included six parking garages. Each apartment building included sixteen (16) apartment units that varied from one to three bedrooms. CES was the lead building designer for these projects. CES also assisted the owner during the construction phases for these apartment facilities.
