CES designed a water system upgrade for the village of Needmore, PA. The system included updating existing water mains, new valves and meters. The project also required CES to develop and obtain new easements for the entire water system. CES developed a water system model of the system and obtained all the necessary permitting for the project. CES created the bidding documents, specifications and oversaw the bidding process. CES also performed the construction administration and on-site inspection of the construction. The water system currently provides services to 105 connections in the Village of Needmore.
