CES has worked with Washington County Head Start on numerous interior renovation projects. These included creating new classroom space, kids’ activity areas and kitchen renovations as well as updates to their main office facilities. CES has also developed land development plans for updates to the existing parking areas. For each of the projects, CES develops opinion of cost estimates, concepts, design plans, specifications, bidding documents and provides construction administration.
